Please call when you arrive with your pet so we can make sure we have a room available

When entering Westend Veterinary Hospital with your pet for an appointment, they may be nervous or excited about new people and animals within the clinic. We ask that you properly restrain your pet before coming into the hospital. It is recommended that animals be placed on a leash or in a carrier. This will be appreciated by your pet and others waiting to see the veterinarian.
If you do not have one please contact the clinic as we can provide leashes and carriers for you to borrow.
We are proud to promote being a cat friendly here at Westend to help make your visit with your cat as easy and stress free as possible. We realize veterinary visits can be a very stressful time for cats and owners alike and have taken some measures to reduce that anxiety!!
We now have cat zones designated for carriers that are elevated off of the ground to reduce stress and anxiety in your furry friend. Our technicians will use cat friendly products in exam rooms prior to your entrance to help calm nerves and relax stressed out kitties.
Please realize that our staff will make every effort to have each client seen on time, however emergency situations do sometimes arise and are given priority.
Please be patient and we will see you as soon as we can.
